After immeasurable years living on the coast in S.A, Vic, NSW & Queensland and living completely hooked on surfing - with up to 3 hour sessions daily, followed by a nap then making art late afternoon into the early hours.

After leaving Byron about 8-9 years ago our love for the trees changed and now living in the Central Highlands of Vic and Melbourne, surfing has been swapped for extreme gardening...

So going into sort of a surfboard, skateboard making mania, with a large part of the making in the pool, wet and dry, sanding, steel wooling, etc etc and the painting, designing, stickering etc done in the backyard in a pair of board shorts surrounded by an extreme amount of boards, to the extent that many of my lawns have surfboard shaped spray paint lines every where and the pool pump working overtime digesting paint, fibreglass, etc.

It's felt like a surfing summer.

We are very excited by this exhibition and can't wait to share it with you!
